The water at Mar Menor is shallow and flat, which made me feel so safe. Alex’s method is totally different—no boring classroom theory, we were in the water having fun immediately. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best family holiday ever. We wanted our 12 and 14-year-olds to try something new. Alex is a legend with kids! He made sure they were safe at all times but kept the 'fun factor' high. The mobile school setup was great; we just met at the spot in Los Narejos and got straight into it. The kids are now addicted to kitesports.

Learned from a Legend. I’m already an independent rider but wanted to learn how to jump higher and land smoother. You can tell Alex has been doing this for 35 years. He gave me two small tips on my board edge and kite position that added 2 meters to my jumps instantly. The wind at Mar Menor is unparalleled for progression.

Perfektes Revier für Anfänger. Wir haben schon lange nach einem Ort gesucht, um sicher Kitesurfen zu lernen. Das Mar Menor bei Los Narejos ist genial, weil das Wasser flach ist und man überall stehen kann. Alex hat eine super Art zu unterrichten – sehr entspannt, aber immer mit Fokus auf Sicherheit. Nach nur wenigen Stunden hatten wir die ersten Erfolge. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Safe and gentle for older learners. I'm in my 50s and thought kitesurfing was only for the young athletic kids. Alex proved me wrong. The shallow water at Los Narejos meant no struggling to swim, and Alex’s teaching style is so calm and encouraging. I learned at my own pace without any pressure or fear of injury. Reservé una clase privada con Alex y en 20 minutos corrigió un vicio que tenía en la posición de la barra. El viento constante del Mar Menor es ideal para perfeccionar trucos. Endlich Fortschritte! Ich hatte schon fast aufgegeben, weil ich bei anderen Kiteschulen nur endlose Theorie hatte. Alex ist anders. Seine Methode ist praxisnah und bringt sofort Spaß. Am Spinosa Beach hatten wir tolle Windbedingungen und dank Alex’ Erfahrung bin ich endlich sicher auf dem Board. Wer wirklich lernen will, ohne Zeit zu verschwenden, muss zu Alex gehen.

Don't waste time with group lessons. I wasted so much money on group lessons elsewhere where I was mostly just standing on the beach watching others. With Alex at Spinosa Beach, it was 100% focus on me. The private 'one-on-one' approach combined with the flat water conditions meant I learned more in two hours than I did in three days at other schools. Best investment I've made.
